上篮转身三分篮板,不到10分钟,就开始气喘吁吁全身冒汗。身体里积累了太多污浊,大口大口的呼吸想把它们赶走。一下一下一下,咚,咚,咚。这样的声音真是让人放松。思绪跑回到高中的球场:那时候每天下午固定一小时的运动,有多少快乐的回忆还留在脑里?曾经对篮球的感觉是那么密不可分,就连睡觉都可以抱着一起;现在却有种控制不住的感觉,稍不小心,球就窜出手掌。好像最近的生活,变得有点无法掌控。想要做点什么来改变,却无法明确答案。手里的球继续跟着我上下左右,呼吸和身体逐渐适应。慢慢地明白,我才应该是人生的控球手。It’s me who’s playing the ball; shouldn’t be the ball who plays me!!! 的确现在还无法很好地让自己的生活从心而过,但是至少,不要让压力和不开心拖累了自己!眼睛盯好了后篮框的那个点,每一次投篮都会更加精准。最后一投,60度的三分,“唰”!
